Strengths
1. It’s easy to see how ENTJs’ Self-confident would inform their decisions and aspirations. They don’t let anyone question their goals and aspirations in life. They are people of sturdy character, which allows them to stand firm in their convictions.
2. With the help of their charisma and enthusiasm, ENTJs are able to rally their team around a common goal and push forward toward an objective that no single person could have achieved on their own.
3. Strategic thinkers ENTJs are known for their ability to see a problem from all sides, come up with creative solutions, and push the whole project forward rather than just patching up the immediate problems at hand.
4. They are strong and determined on the inside, which helps them get through almost anything. They have a strong will and a knack for pushing themselves to get through tough situations.
Weaknesses
1. ENTJ has a limited number of close friends because, outside of their immediate circle of coworkers and subordinates, they have little interest in interacting with others. Furthermore, few people will be able to tolerate an ENTJ, whose every action is guided solely by logic and instinct. As a result, there are relatively few people an ENTJ can consider true friends.
2. Stubborn to the extreme – once they set their sights on a goal, they rarely waver from it. They remain unwavering in their pursuit of success. Many people may misjudge an ENTJ’s decision because of his visionary goals and assume he is acting impulsively, stupidly, or taking unnecessary risks.
3. Unintentional ruthlessness is a defining characteristic of ENTJs, and it’s often attributed to their relentless pursuit of success. This couldn’t be further from the truth; for an ENTJ, the end result takes precedence over all else. By focusing on “doing-something-right,” mercy isn’t even a consideration. One way or another, it’s done correctly. Strive for greatness, and know that broken hearts and hurt feelings are inevitable byproducts.
4. When they want something, ENTJs don’t easily back down, which can make those around them uncomfortable. Since they don’t always know how to control their aggression, they may unintentionally drive some people away.
5. Lacking in tolerance, Working with or for an ENTJ, you’ll quickly realize that you’ll have to adapt to their preferred method of operation. People who don’t agree with them or try to do things differently are met with little tolerance.
